This is a 3 point Multipoint Lock with Shootbolts (opens in a new tab) at the Top and Bottom of the Lock.

Discontinued Lock Measurements:
Overall Length (opens in a new tab): 80"
Backset (opens in a new tab): 50mm (2")
Handle Height (opens in a new tab): 35"
Handle Spacing (opens in a new tab) (PZ): 92mm (3-5/8")
Handle Spindle (opens in a new tab): 7mm (1/4")
Faceplate (opens in a new tab) Width: 16mm (5/8")

The easiest replacement for this Discontinued Lock is a 2 piece, 3 point Replacement Lock Kit (opens in a new tab).
The Replacement Lock Kit is very similar to the Discontinued Lock.
It features two Shootbolts and a Deadbolt and will fit doors up to 81".
For doors taller than 81" there is a Middle Extension (sold separately)
The Replacement Locks Spring Latch and Deadbolt are in slightly different positions.
File Hole in bottom of Deadbolt strike (opens in a new tab) approximately 5/16" and 11/16" in bottom of Spring Latch strike.
